Have you any links to more information on that You-Tube radio clip where Obama is talking about the Civil Rights and what sounds to me like Reparation Payments? The text on the You Tube clip says he's talking about Redistribution of wealth, but I suspect it's actually the former I've mentioned. I'm just wondering if you know of any information that has been released to clarify.
